At that time described the Market as "Leveling Off"
Well it appears that's what is happening.
We found the sweet spot where Sellers can get what they want and need out of the sale of their home,
and where Buyers are comfortable they are not over paying.
Not as many investors scarfing up every property they can get.
The numbers are tighter as prices have gone up.
Activity picking up a bit.
This usually happens in the Spring.
This could also be an effect of the slightly dropping Interest Rates.
We haven't heard any talks recently of "Housing Bubble" or "Crash"
So we are expecting a more Stable Real Estate Market this summer.
