Las Vegas, Henderson and NLV all show a distinct change into an upward trend.
It's not because of Interest Rates.
Mortgage Rates have been fluctuating from between 6% - 7% for the past 6 months.

and Las Vegas is their #1 destination.
The Las Vegas Economy and it's Real Estate Market remain Strong.
Despite Interest Rates doubling, the Housing Market is only down by 12%
